Yes, they are just stick-on but as the list price for a genuine Kuga grille badge is a penny shy of forty quid, I would shop around.

To remove the badge get some dental floss or fishing line and using a sawing motion cut through the adhesive tape on the badge then get a hair dryer to soften the adhesive remains and gently scr*pe it off then wipe it clean with some sort of spirit like meths/rubbing alcohol.

Mine was ordered 10th April, build 18th May at dealers 1st June registered and collect by me 7th June. LHD Spanish car to dealers 100km from factory so that was an advantage.

Dimensions I have are 1650mm x 650. I see on eBay one sport being sold that are 1500mm x 600mm is that gunna be the one I need.??

Check your measurements, my friend. 1650mm is over five feet wide!!

They will definitely be able to tell it's a Ford with a five-foot wide badge.

Well, if yours is 1650mm or 1,65m and the one being sold is 1500mm (or 1,5m), then 15cm difference is no biggie LOL

However, if -more likely- the difference is just 1,5mm, then it *should* fit OK, although there may be a small gap....

A lot of it is down to when a batch of engines/gearboxes or whatever will be available.  If diesels and awd are available orders for these models get pushed up the build queue, if they're waiting on diesels the petrol orders get priority.  I'd imagine things like panoramic roof versions would get batched together too.
