Yes, the lid/arm rest slides forward. It's not very practical though as it interferes with the handbrake!

It isn't just a 2016MY thing though, yours will have it. My 2015.25MY Kuga had it as did my 2012 C-Max so I assume all Kugas have had it, Zetec aside.

Thanks for the reply Jumborat ( and others ),
Not so sure mine has it though but I will check.

Cheers
Nobby

Hi Jumborat,

Just to say that as far as I can tell ( & I wasn't expecting to have it on my Kuga ) I don't have the sliding armrest on mine.
Though I might have missed it not knowing what exactly I am looking for, I have investigated the central unit as best as I can.

Never mind but I was just curious as to what the 2016 upgrade to it was.

Cheers ...Nobby.

Hello everyone,

I new here. Probably my question has been already replied, but I was not able to find it.
So, I bought a second hand Ford Kuga Titanium. I tried to install my telephone but I am receiving the error message on the screen <Audio Muted>. The audio system is Sony DAB.
I check with the VIN number in Ford's site and says:

ess Rear Parking Aid
Less Front Parking Aid
Less Auxiliary Compact Disc Player
Less Bluetooth
High Level CD+AM/FM+DAB
Ice Feature Pack 80

That means tha the car has Bluetooth installed or not?

I am confused!

Thank you in advance for your help.

Looks like you havnt got bluetooth in which case the phone icons on the radio are for mute/unmute on radio. Have you a MK 1 or MK 2

As highlighted on the forums home page there is a sub forum for the older Mk1 Kuga and another sub forum for the newer Mk2 Kuga. The question being asked is: which one do you have?

My Xenon's do kick up. There is a thread somewhere on this board about the adjustment. IIRC it is 3 full turns of the yellow hex plastic bolt on the front scuttle to drop them down so they don't dazzle.

Well, after having my mk2 kuga for just after a year I found something out today. I helped a friend move a radiogram today and whilst we both had the item in our hands I remarked how I wished I had the 'wave the foot' under the back to close the hatchback, while waving my foot under the rear. The damned thing shut. According to the etis site my car doesn't have this.

Picked up our Titanium X 2:0 180 AWD PS just two days ago and my initial impression is WOW! We live on Dartmoor so the AWD has already been useful, it is impeccable on the dual carriageway and has great manners on the windy steep lanes of Devon. So comfortable to drive, we have stuck on some extras also. Great car.

Oh, forgot to say..........it goes like s##t of a shovel!

I am a 57 year old retired Fisheries Officer, due to govt cutbacks the department I worked for offered me voluntary redundancy, after 34 years service I grabbed the enhanced package and full pension like a rat up an ally!

Ford Kuga Titanium X 2:0 180 AWD PS......Two days old........I feel like a 20year old again.

I have installed a cradle for my phone and want to hardwire it to the 12V charger hotwire in the centre console.  I can't seem to find any pictures or description on how to get to the back of the charger.  I don't want to run the risk of setting off airbags or damaging clips.  Is there something out there that I have missed?  Thanks for reading - hope you can help.
