Gazwats thanks for getting back to me I have seen that but what does it mean? can I not have this warranty because I did not take out this warranty before I got my car or can I get it up to the first date of it being registed ?Thanks Dave
That's how I read the following comment:
Quote Ford Protect Extended Warranty Plans can be purchased any time up until the vehicle’s first date of registration.

The likes of Audi, Nissan, VW etc have the option of adding extended warranty packages on their vehicle configurator pages Ford doesn't.

Have you considered having it wrapped. A good alternative at little cost

Hi. I just placed an order today for a new Ford Kuga Titanium 2.0 TDCi 180ps in frozen white. This will be my first kuga and I cannot wait to pick it up in a few weeks time! Added appearance pack and 18" wheels.

What color ? , imo the appearance pack makes the car , it looks plain without it !! , went for the 19's on mine and love them and I reckon it looks far better again for it ...

Hi paulyoung666. Went for frozen white. I had thought about the 19s but was concerned about road noise, how have you found them?

No problems with the 19's , the car deserves big wheels in my opinion !!!

You're right, appearance pack and wheels just set it apart.

Wouldn't use wd40 (on plastic) myself as it can attack some plastics - try silicone spray instead !

When you know its there you can certainly make use of it, or I certainly have quite often as I knew I would. There is no novelty value to me so I dont use it for the sake of it, and will normally push the fob button on my approach.

I thought the TitX was keyless entry? I'm sure the dealer told me you just walk up to the car and it unlocks when it senses the fob? I recall her saying, just keep it in your bag. Is this not the case? I am having the appearance and convenience packs.

The AWD system might disengage if overheated.
I imagine that will be easy to do with summer tyres in the snow. Don't know if this is the case with your mate.

For me, it performed admirably last weekend:
