Thanks for that Ray, I've looked and according to that article my sensor reads 1 volt with the ignition on, but engine not running so I'm still stuck.
I guess it's OK to keep running it as its driving great, I'm getting 43 mpg and its like sh*t off a stick when you put your foot down. As you say, if all else fails its a new DPF or sensor ...
