I think youre right Phil, I am beginning to think that it is similar to a windows pc updating where certain updates have to be done before others otherwise you get - failed to install - messages. At the moment I am happy that the wheels seem to be turning in the correct direction so will wait and see in the next fortnight. Woman from Ford seemed to know what she was talking about as when she rang me she actually said the standard dealer update would not work and that a set programme of updates had to be applied chronologically. This was confirmed by workshop controller said, saying the system had to be wiped and rebuilt. I suspect that is why no updates available showing on Etis
