Yes, it's the correct format. Although the ViN has been allocated it may not be on ETIS yet because they're slow to update the system or it hasn't started on the production line yet.
Be patient and try again early next week. If it still doesn't appear, ask the dealer to confirm the VIN in case they got it wrong. Incidentally, ETIS won't give shipping information, only vehicle build date, spec., date of GB registration and registration number.
