Yes that is my worry, I am confident I can control the central locking system from the door wiring loom, but controlling the alarm could be quite difficult. What makes it worse is Directed, the company who manufacture it are refusing to support me as I didn't purchase the system from the UK.

I will continue try to understand the wiring diagram, but I am not overly confident.
