There's nothing from Ford but the TomTom store has a generic kit for fixed installation which seems compatible with a good number of their models:

Alternatively there's one or two threads knocking around the Mk1 Kuga sub forums where I seem to recall one or two other KOC members ran a power source up through the dashboard area which may be of some use or provide some ideas to Mk2 owners looking to do likewise.
