Hi

I had the car to 3 garages

The first one was my main garage for repairs and he doesme my MOT He removed and cleaned the DPF (diesel particulate filter) Then next back to him for a enginemanagement software upgrade Again back to him to fit a new temperature sensorAgain back to him to replace the temperature sensor ( we thought it was faulty) And still got same fault recurring So I decided to take the car for a remapThis is where they remove the inside of the DPF and remap the engine managementsystem So it does not read the fault

The second garage I took it to for the remap said whydon’t you replace the other sensor as they are two on the intake to the DPF Sowe did that Same fault a cured So garage number three

This garage was a bosch auto electrician That's when hefound the frayed wire shorting out

So from around February to August I have been pulling myhair out Trying to sort my car out nightmare But now the car is running ok nowMore confidence in it now.

David
