Our 64 plated tit x has 5k on the clock.
We have just come back from the Bruge Christmas Market.
Most of the journey was on the cruise at 75.
I was getting 37.
So when back in Blighty I filled up, reset the trip at the Chunnel terminal and then travelled home to Wakefield.
Average mpg 38.5.
I think that's ok. I can get and have had up to 45 doing 55mph everywhere but that's not realistic.
Overall I'm good with it. The power shift box is fab, so I guess the mpg would be a tad better on a manual.
I'm am very impressed with the kuga which is our third. I'd having nothing less now than four wheel drive. It's so planted when setting off in the wet or damp.
Has anyone else noted the fuel gauge is out of calibration ?
Having filled up the gauge can read 3/4s after only 60 miles. That can't be right can it. I suppose what matters is the overall estimated mileage. So if you get more on the last half of the tank that's ok. It just looks weird when you see it.
Anyway, whoever you are, all the best have a good safe Christmas and New Year.
