I've had this a couple of times (manual gearbox). I'll be driving at ~2,100 rpm in 5th or 6th Gear, and then it suddenly stutters (like I've lifted off but my foot hasn't moved).

I've had this a couple of times (manual gearbox). I'll be driving at ~2,100 rpm in 5th or 6th Gear, and then it suddenly stutters (like I've lifted off but my foot hasn't moved).
I'm thinking that it might be something to do with it being just at the point when the turbo starts to spin up (and it can't decide what I want to do), and/or also when driving against a strong head wind, the air sensor gets confused that the air flow doesn't match the speed ... in my case it's very rare that it does it and I can't make it do it (hence the thought about headwind) - but it did notice it do this a couple of nights ago on the motorway ... ![Smile]( "Smile")
