Subject: Factory fitted detachable tow-bar "clonking"

Hi FreddiKuga, thanks for your message, caravan had a service just before the replacement tow bar was fitted and they checked all coupling bolts, chassis bolts for tightness and confirmed none were slack, they also greased the coupling so I am convinced it is an issue with the detachable tow ball. When the assembly is installed initially it is tight and no movement, but once I have towed the van - even a short distance - I uncouple the van and there is movement in the removable assembly so surely that is not right?
