Hi there,
I decided today to prang the front of my Kuga.
Didnt look to bad til i got underneath and had a look.
The bumper had gone in and hit the first small radiator/cooler behind the bumper then sprung back out.
The damage to the bumper is minimal apart from the black panel that attaches to the lower silver panel.
Can anyone tell me what the radiator/cooler is and what it is for and what is that black panel called behind the silver front.
The radiator/cooler is like a banana but fortunately not leaking but needs replacing as does the black panel and a small ammount of paint.
Do i go down the insurance route or fix it myself.
Bumper isnt a problem to remove but how difficult is it to sort the radiator/cooler.
Any info would be gratefully received.
