Subject: Door Handle Came Away - Trim Failure?????

my stepdaughters new KA was about 13 months old and the glove box decided to drop and it was broken on one side where it kind of "hinges", also the dash started to creak and rattle.....you guessed it, none of it covered under Ford warranty.
We eventually got it fixed because we waited until showroom/aftersales had a few customer around and we went in and "raised our voices" ever so slightly...... we got it all fixed by the end of the week![Wink]( "Wink")
