Hi, just to update, I emailed Mark Ovenden, Ford UK MD, asking for his recommendation, his secretary replies by telephoning stating they could not comment on any forum discussions. However they did contact my Ford dealership and I was informed to abide by what the dealers Service Manager recommends. So it appears that the AWD system needs an oil and filter change at every 20k miles or 2yrs. I believe all Kuga owners with this AWD system should be notified of this and all Ford dealerships instructed to perform this operation as and when under their normal servicing proceedures.
