I had a courtesy call from Customer Relations to see if everything had been resolved and that I was happy, I said "NO" I was still £15.99 out of pocket (Halfords Air Filter) and had proved both Ford Dealers wrong, and I asked her for an e mail address so I could put in an Official Complaint about the Poor treatment, Fords Denials and Lies, she then asked if I would allow her 24hrs to see what she could do to rectify this..... I will be ringing 1st thing Friday morning.
