I had the 'software update' for poor reception 2 weeks ago. Made not a jot of difference. My dealer wants the car for 2 days so its going in on Monday week for them to sort the Radio out.

I had the 'software update' for poor reception 2 weeks ago. Made not a jot of difference. My dealer wants the car for 2 days so its going in on Monday week for them to sort the Radio out.
My head unit exibits a number of annoying issues:
1) When trying to store a station on preset one, you have to do it many time before it stops storing it on preset '31' and actually stores it on preset '1'
2) Frequent Bluetooth disconnects
3) Woeful DAB and FM reception, the radio wont even hold a Radio 2 signal on the M25
