Subject: How much for a service?

I have just booked my kuga in for it's third service and first MOT at Edwards Ford, Salisbury. Have been quoted £411 (including a years breakdown cover) and they'll give me a courtosy car for the day.
Is this about right cost wise for other parts of the country?
