Subject: ALL Limp Home Mode / Engine Service Now info

Had my air filter fix and thought all was good until coming home from work today and had the usual engine malfunction, service now message but no limp mode thankfully.
Last couple of days noticed slight delay every now and then doing 70 on motorway, steady pedal.
Just been to fords who put it on computer even though warning message had reset itself and they had a couple of new codes apparently that they hadn't had before. Booked in Monday morning for autoelectrician as they were electrical issues apparently.
Tried to get codes but mechanic not there.....getting Monday.
Oh yeah, car ran rough after stopping at house for a while.
Gave it a bit of a hard run to fords and then it seemed ok again.
It was also on slightly less than 1/4 tank of diesel but not sure if that had anything to do with it !
Totally miffed as you can imagine.
Going to look at Hyundai sante fe and maybe Audi Q5 tomorrow.......pretty much had enough of the kuga now which I thought was going to be my dream (affordable dream) car......turns out to be worst nightmare so far.
Will keep you posted.
Oh yeah, just in time for caravanning a week from now !!!
