BorderKuga: I had this exact same fault come up on my Kuga Instrument Panel Display. I carried my Kuga by my Authorised Ford Dealer and they trouble-shooted the cause of the problem to be a Faulty ABS Sensor. Prior to this Display Fault Notice, the ABS and Traction Control "amber" indicators on the Instrument Panel were intermittently coming up; and then eventually came up permanently every time I switch off the engine and start it back. Also, the "Hill Start Assist Unavailable" also came up on the Instrument Display after this "AWD Overheated Temp. Disabled" because the Kuga computer system bypassed the AWD mode and switched my Kuga Drivetrain mode into normal 2-Wheel/FWD mode. When this occurred I felt a slight "thud"/"Jerk" to the rear, I guess, when the Drivetrain to the rear was disabled
