Yes, it's figure for under no load, but enlightening on how quickly you can take a starter battery into the zone where it's life will be shortened. Under load you'd expect the voltage to recover a bit, but for regular use when parked the accessory battery is a must.

It's so hard to get an unloaded voltage figure on the Kuga as they light up like a Xmas tree on unlock. You'd need to leave it with the bonnet open over night and then check. 

I use the light timer for the front camera and have hooked into a ignition source for the rear camera. I'd like the rear to record for the extra 12 minutes- I might have to investigate the power wires around the rear boot light and add some more ferrite beads while I'm at it.
