Mk2 Technical : Sync 3 Update (released February)

Strangely enough I contacted Ford a while back about the Sync issues and promptly received the standard reply .......Contact your dealer blah blah blah..... . I replied to the email in stronger terms , and again got the......blah blah blah cr*p......., yesterday whilst driving down the A19 the phone rang and it was Ford. She asked about my emails, what were the problems and then unbelievably said Ford Motor Company are not aware of any problems with Sync and that an update had just recently been released. After that she then had to listen to me giving her a list with the outcome being that she wanted me to book in at my dealer and she would contact them as well. I told her I had a booking for Thursday on another ongoing problem and what it was. To cut a long story short, the result was that she would contact the dealer on my behalf and that they will discuss it at my appointment on Thursday and that she would call me back. I await my fate but all I can see coming is ........blah blah blah.......
