I'll check today what set up is on the horse trailer. I probably don't need 13 pins.. I'm unlikely to ever tow a caravan, but want a towball mounted bike carrier. Some Thule ones have 13 pin boards on them. I will probably only ever need.a standard single 7 pin set up. If I get 13 pins, it can use an adaptor, but if I get 7, I can't adapt that to 13 ( at least I don't think so).
