Speaking as one finds, I have had about a dozen new Ford's over last 30 years or so, some leased but mostly purchased, and have always had them maintained by local ford dealership (not usually the supplier). Never had any problems. I don't necessarily find any customer loyalty, obviously the mechanics don't know who I am. They seem to follow maintenance charts quite rigidly and I get good feedback on wear and tear positions. I wouldn't contemplate using anyone else whilst car is under warranty. I have compared costs with places like Halfords and the difference is not going to break anyone's bank account. Fords has to be competitive these days. All in my opinion.
