A toll sticker is also known as a Vignette:
However in a lot of places the sticker has been replaced by electronic toll tags which are fixed to the area either side of the rear view mirror. In the UK you can use tags to cross the Dartford Bridge/Tunnels and the Second Severn Crossing for example.
