Subject: 19'' Bridgestone tyres

My 2012 Kuga (163AWD) Has also developed this problem. Its hard to say how many miles the tyres have done as they spend half the year in the garage whilst the winter tyres are fitted but I'd estimate only 7-8k miles, they are barely worn. Getting anyone to take this seriously is a bit of a ball ache!
Dealer reckons its nothing to do with them, Bridgestone has refused to return my emails and now Ford customer service say its the dealers responsibility to deal with it.... :(
Finally I'm told the dealer will send them back but they might be away for 2 months before a decision is made! has anyone any experience of timescales? I don;t really want to risk putting new summer tyres on it in a month or so and then Bridgestone turn round and say they're not prepared to replace them!!!!
