Subject: Reversing camera faulty

Yesterday had this happen to my Kuga, 58 plate, not had a real problem with it at all, reversed up to the caravan, all seemed ok, bit dirty other than that all was well, took the caravan up to Weeley to get it serviced, left it there and drive back home, 2 hours driving in total, No Rain, No Wet roads, reversed on the drive and the camera now has what looks like water inside, cleaned to glass but it's on the inside not the outside. The thing is the pattern looks very symmetrical, any idea what's happened here??
