Hi Kettleman,
I tried my Bandit with 42psi in the rear tyre today. The book suggests 36psi based on the oem Michelin Macadams however it now has dual compound Bridgestone Battleaxe's fitted. I can confirm the bike felt more planted, cornered more directly & was more willing to change direction. So I guess the tyre is deforming less? Hopefuly this will not only improve the handling but also increase tyre life?
Regards Jez
I reckon that info from tinterweb was a very good find
