I have had no problems with mine other than the rear hatch not opening sometimes. I will have the update done when I have my first service done next month.
As far as your brake fluid is concerned it clearly has to be going somewhere and since you have checked all the likely places, and the master cylinder has been changed, my only guess would be the clutch slave cylinder which would presumably be within the clutch bell housing. I suppose it could be leaking in there unseen. If it is, I am surprised it is not effecting the clutch action.
I am surprised that the dealer can't solve this more quickly and hope you can get it sorted soon.
