Good acceleration is what I'm after mate but not if it'll make it a liabilty to ride! i.e. I'd still like to be in control of when the front wheel lifts!![]()
Just had a chat with a mate who's a track day fan/ocassional racer. He reckons my planned changes to the gearing coupled with the MX bars with make it go like stink but try to wheelie all the time? He suggests going down one on the front sprocket & see how that goes? Then a maximum of two up on the rear sprocket not three as I'd planned. I'm happy to accept his advice on the matter. However having the wheel & chain off twice seems like extra work. So I might go for his suggested -1 & +2. If it's too much I'll leave the smaller front on & swap the rear back to standard.
