Just done Motorway round trip, Newcastle to Leicester, about 1 mile was off Motorway (office to office) Started with full tank and reset trips. Achieved 42.9 MPG ! by far the best ever, car now has just over 17,000 miles. However, this was helped by about 30 miles of 50mph roadworks around Nottingham (15 each way give or take) that saw the MPG rise and rise.At fill up, Miles to empty showed 450. With whats left in the tank it should achieve 510 +/-

It shows driving at a crawl has its benefits !
