Subject: What would be a credible alternative to the Kuga?

Hi All thanks for your input and Mal nice to hear from you and yes I have heard some really positive things about the Santa Fe heated front electric seats, cruise with a speed limiter, hill start assist even on the basic model and of course that Ford beating 5yr warranty, I felt that the price to be fair was on par with the Kuga however the Hyundai was loaded with more stuff as standard, for example privacy glass roof rails which to be honest should be on All Kuga's. I appreciate the comments about Audi they certainly know how to treat potential customers, tea, coffee, biscuits, slippers and a massage? and I did look at the Q3 but as I'm 6ft tall I found the Q5 easier to climb in and out of it is a quality product (no Dab radio) but in terms of power 177ps it was rapid compared to the Ford's 163ps and sadly after reading some of the more recent posts about continuing Kuga delays I am already thinking that perhaps I should of stuck with the Audi but as they say "better the devil you know"? On the subject of a swift Kuga delivery yes CarlW you are correct however when I asked my dealer about cars already built I thought do I really want a Kuga loaded with 1000s of pounds worth of extras that I am forced to purchase just to bypass a long wait, it sounds like a devious Ford ploy to me, nothing with just the Con/APP pack was offered to me in terms of already built Kuga's with extras but if you want a Kuga loaded like the ones I was offered with pana roof, auto tailgate park assist and other driver aids anyway then well done and that's absolutely fine but for the majority of us mushrooms we have to wait. Finally Fillco good luck with your pickup hope it goes well.
