Subject: Do you still have run your engine in ?

You had to run an engine in few years back but with modern machine tools/methods/materials/process etc. it's no longer necessary plus we have superior synthetic oils,with any new car it's adviseable to take it easy for few hundred miles to make sure all is well but crawling along at"running in speed" won't make your car last any longer they're built to have a certain service life and all you need to do is service them as per manufacturers specification
